She can stand!
I don't have a good picture yet, but Jessi Lou can stand by herself- started last week. She can stand at the longest for about 20 seconds. She took a step once, but maybe it was just to catch her fall. She is so cute. She gets so excited when I get out the sling. She loves to fall asleep in it! If she falls asleep with me on the bed, she grips my shirt and throws her leg over me as if to say, "Don't you dare leave me for a minute!" So, a lot of times I get to take a nap, too. I don't complain- it's nice to have a 13 year old to help me out with that little luxury!

Jessica found out on her own that if she pushes the step stools it works as a "walker". Too silly!

New crawlers
My sister Angie bought these adorable organic crawlers for Jessi. The ladybug on the butt is so cute. I couldn't resist taking a photo!

Jessica enjoyed being outside. The weather is getting warmer and the trail is clear so I ventured out without fear of slipping. She loved the sunshine on her face!
